Racism VS. Truth and peace!

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

The following thoughts are from my group journaling. I needed to share this with the rest of the world due to orders from my friends and family and my group of friends who will remain nameless.

These are thoughts that will share with you what is stirring within me due to the BART shooting of an unarmed black man, Oscar Grant. My heart goes out to his family and to those who knew him well. My heart goes out to those who feel like they can be next, my heart goes out to all those who feel anger and want to take it out on all cops and people of the white race. I write this today, because that is not the answer.

It's not the tragedies that kill us. It's the messes.
- Dorothy Parker

A lie cannot live.

&

Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom. A man can't ride you unless your back is bent.

&
Discrimination is a hellhound that gnaws at Negroes in every waking moment of their lives to remind them that the lie of their inferiority is accepted as truth in the society dominating them.

&

A nation or civilization that continues to produce soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on the installment plan.

Martin Luther King, Jr.
Bold

In the beginning I hated you and the way that you made people feel. I hated the words you used and the words you created in order to keep a people at bay. Your ability to lie, cheat, steal, kill, disenfranchise, dehumanize, enslave and so on, has had a hold on on my mind and I did not know if it would ever let go. Then it came to me one afternoon, that I should love you, that I should embrace the power that you have given me to control your every thought.

What you have done is find yourself living a lie. Yes you may have conquered a people and enslaved their thinking causing them to feel superior instead of learning the tools need to be human. Instead you taught them how to be savages and you caused an otherwise resourceful group of people and possibly created the worlds largest murdering class the planet has ever seen.

I know you try to do all that you can to keep the murder rate high, the hatred stewing in a boiling hell you have created for man kind. However that will not last forever.

Look what you have done to your great group of people. You have lead them so far from the path of true life that their women are afraid. The sight of a black man freaks them out. To this day I have seen many a purse choked and for no reason, other than to protect themselves from a lie. The truth is it is quite funny and we have realized that we have the power now. That we can not change this world to be one people and one goal to live in a euphoric state minus fear and racism.

No longer do your victims have to live in fear of a backlash, in the fear that their victims will have an epiphany and become the once great kingdom(s) of people they once were. I tell you this racism, your victims may have once thought they were God gift to the planet, but they are beginning to awaken. To the fact that all man kind is a gift from God and no one is greater. You now have to live in fear, we have always been great and hatred you are on terrorist watch list.

Think about the times we were on our knees shining your shoes, picking your cotton, working your land, on an empty stomach and think about what we did to get away. All of that on an empty stomach with no real meal plan to sustain a human beaning. Now peace is well fed and ready to take back what belongs to harmony.

Now on my table there are choice meats, lobster and shrimp. Pies filled with the best fruits, breads of all kinds and plenty of water. Although you attempt to destroy my dinner; I eat on, although you inhabit the body of cops, lawyers, judges, clergymen, politicians, doctors, corporate leaders and peons alike. You will never make me angry. I realized that you have lied to those who believe in you and they lived in a fear that is of their own doing, all because they believed in you.

Now I know that you have tried to become a part of me, and make me fear the other. I will not do this for love is my way. Hate does not carry me through the day, it is love that gives me my power, it is compassion for my fellow man that brings me up high. I am not going to act as if you did not have a hotel in my heart, there was a moment you did and I did not know what to do. I thought I was not a friend of you but I realized that I became a close friend to you and in you. Now today, I have let you go to leave me forever. I will not separate my browns from the pinks, my yellows from the reds, my black from the whites, I will wash it all together for the world is bound together and your idea is a false way of giving a man and a people a false sense of superiorly. It back fired, it has given me a superior life

through their captivity due to trusting in you.

From seeing the new day with a new president I realized in that moment we will see who is who. America is a country, the people make it a community, and they have secured it with hope, by selecting a new leader that displays the power of one world and one country. This is within his skin, this is within his soul, this is within the life that he has lived.

From the beginning of time you have made attempts to enclave the hearts of the world and the people in it. You have come in many forms, however the day has come that man kind is awakening to you. Although you may still have some in your grasp that number is becoming smaller and smaller. I guess it is time to call it a good night. Then again I think that you will make one last attempt to maintain your superiority or your disillusion of what you think is strength. You will sneak into the hearts of Cops like you do every night, but the world can see it now clear as day. That poor cop has not one bit of his life left all because you had to ruin it and along with that you took a life. That is two lives for one, and that makes you feel that you are winning and I know you will keep trying. But I know my humanity and I know human kind, they are tired and you will lose this battle. The war is almost of and peace is winning. So count you minor chips, I run the casino and your gambling days are over.

You may sneak into a bar fight and cause black on black crime, jump a white kid causing an outcry in an otherwise quiet town, you may spray paint racial slander on walls of schools, bathrooms, and cities. You may bring about riots, but those riots are not and will not be fought one sided, they will be fought by an idea of true justice and by people who believe in truth, not mater their skin tone or racial classification. WE ARE ONE PEOPLE AND ONE RACE!

People if you have made it this far through my rant, then I want you to meditate on this. To digest the ideas and realize exactly what it is that I am saying here. It is important that we take new ideas and create a world that is not controlled by fear and hatred. We must cultivate a world that is not filled with hatred and deceit. We must not let racism get the last laugh or the final victory.

I am asking you to look within yourselves and reevaluate the life that you life. Honestly do this!!!!

If you have ever been told that you are racist chances are that you are. Have you ever been looked at dirty and do not know why, while walking through a mall? Chances are you have done something to display your racial indifference. Have you ever worked in a store and asked the person of color if they need help when it was clear that they do not need a personal shopper? Have you ever been in a situation where you follow that same person of color around a store just to realize they make more money than you and have no plan to steal your goods? Chances are you are races!!

Those are some prime social examples of the virus that is racism and it lives inside of you. No matter your color you must take heed. Racism is a root to an evil that the will be written in the next bible and your religious book of law.

This reminds me to when Rakim stated this line in his highly underrated single Guess who's Back,' The things that I've seen will be written in your next Bible”. That statement means so much to me personally. I have seen war for what? Broken Family for what? Broken Friendships for what? Broken Communities for what? Broken teams for what? Broken lives for what? And this goes on.

Do not let racism take your soul it is all you have in the end.!

Discrimination is a hellhound that gnaws at Negroes in every waking moment of their lives to remind them that the lie of their inferiority is accepted as truth in the society dominating them.

What will we do about Oscar Grant?

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

What is the cause of the action? That is most likely one of the questions that is on the mind of the people. In the case of the BART shooting, America is reminded once again that there is a long way to go in race relations. I am not one to stay on one side of the fence and look over to the other side without understanding what the aftermath will consist of.

Officer Johannes Mehserle is now at the front of the media and is the new poster child for Police Brutality. However will that be all that is served under his name. If we sit back and watch the show from our living rooms and do nothing about the way the police force is policed. We will be sure to watch this episode of another black man down by the hands of a trigger happy cop, with a misunderstanding of the African American male.

Now you have many people on this within the media so this does not take much from me. The bay area reporters are doing a good job making sure that this is reported. I am here for another reason. May my presence on the INTERNET serve a purpose for all to get up off the couch, move away from their desk, and take action by way of the the new media movement here on Internet.

We will never get back Oscar Grant, Rodney King brain functions, Sean Bells life, and the many other that never had a community behind them to speak of the tragedy that has befallen them.

Here is our chance to be a community of one world and one country. This can not continue on, it is an open wound that never gets to close because there is a police officer just waiting for a time to commit a crime against a black man and get away with it. Even if he states that he did not mean to shoot, or if he thinks that it is his tazer. He is a social tyrant and deserves to be judge as one.

Now is the time to put the pressure on this time around and make sure that we do not sit back and watch the show, but become a part of the somewhat happy ending.

The following list is a start but not a final solution.

Here are five things you can do. [RaceWire]

1. Digg the story so that the national media can pick up on it.

2. Contact BART Director Carole Ward Allen and demand that 1) the officers involved be taken off duty without pay and charged and fully prosecuted; 2) there be an independent investigation of the shooting that includes a review of training and hiring practices; and 3) BART establish an independent residents’ review board for the police Call her at 510-464-6095 or email the BART Directors at BoardofDirectors@bart.gov

3. Call the BART police to complain about the officers’ conduct and demand immediate action: Internal Affairs: Sergeant David Chlebowski 510.464.7029,dchlebo@bart.gov; Chief of Police: Gary Gee 510.464.7022, ggee@bart.gov

Call them toll free at 877.679.7000 and press the last four digits of the phone number you wish to reach.

4. Talk it up on your blogs, networks and talk radio shows (call Michael Baisden 877-6BADBOY or Rev. Al, etc. to get this on the national radar)

Cops shoot a black man while hand cuffed

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

I do not know what to say to this. So I am just going to lead you to the source for your own examination. However I would like to say, this is something that has to stop.

I am watching the video and although it is unclear, it is apparent that something is going on that should not be going on.

Here is what I found on BET NEWS:

The attorney for a 22-year-old Black man who was shot to death by a Bay-Area California policeman on New Year’s Day says he will file a $25 million lawsuit, and he is demanding that prosecutors charge the officer with murder. “This is the most egregious shooting that I have ever seen,” said civil rights attorney John Burris, who is known for taking on high-profile police-abuse cases in the past. A videotape (see it here. Warning: Graphic Content)taken by a passenger on the train shows an officer with the Bay Area Rapid Transit Police Department standing over the Hayward, Calif., man, who was lying face down and handcuffed. The officer then appears to fire a bullet into the back of Oscar Grant III as fellow officers look on. Read the rest here.

WTF!!!

Our Actions as humans to one another is beyond tolerable. There is going to come a time when racism like this will cause a backlash greater than man kind can handle. I am not one to predict it, but what is there else to say. Police brutality towards any man or woman is bad, but it seams to have its own agenda to target out African decedents here in the American land we call the US. Within our cities this is a major problem.

Whatever happened to protect and serve?

Bump Forward people.

Ann Coulter Neo N*%i poster child lacks reasonable opinions!

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

Most are going to hate that I said this but who the Flipping cares. I think some people with a pen should be strung up and hung. This out of place, I need something to write about, blond used up bombshell, has nothing else to talk about. I think that she sold her soul long time ago and now has to fulfill the devils demands.

So now that that is off my chest here is what The Daily News had to say about her recent jab at the new first lady,Michelle Obama:

Right-wing flame thrower Ann Coulter blasts incoming First Lady Michelle Obama as a freakish Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis imitator in a book to be published next week.

In her latest screed, titled "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and their Assault on America," Coulter accuses the liberal left of playing the victim when in fact, she argues, they are the victimizers.

As usual, Coulter throws plenty of bombs herself.

Lashing
out at the President-elect's wife, Coulter wrote, "Her obvious
imitation of Jackie O's style - the flipped-under hair, the sleeveless
A-line dresses, the short strands of fake pearls - would have been
laughable if done by anyone other than a media-designated saint."

Coulter said Cindy McCain, the wife of vanquished GOP nominee John McCain, "dressed well without freakishly imitating famous First Ladies in history."

Coulter facetiously and snidely refers to Michelle Obama as a "saint" and "Mother Teresa" and suggests that her public service career "advanced in lockstep with the political advancement of her husband."

In the book, Coulter repeatedly refers to the President-elect as "B. Hussein Obama" and complains that the media "literally wanted to have sex with him."

WTF! It seems the poster child for Adolf has no steam and will search for it in any hole that she can dig something out of. Whether it makes sense or not. If you black expect to be nitpicked for every detail of who you are and that is that.

However this is ok, while Mrs. Obama is receiving scrutiny for all the things she look like, the world will be watching, and guess what they will see how much she will get right and get done. My prediction to this is that she will be the first ladies first lady. There I said it!

Before you go. Take a look at this picture and tell me why is this acient prehistoric dino rocking the belly out and have the nerve to point out a woman that covers up?

Git er Done!

P.S. This chick is so far to the right that she is wrong. Why is her head so far up her own ass. and judging from the looks of it, that is not far to go, but I guess all the shit she talks is clogging her ears.

P.s.s. Yes I called her a Neo Nazi poster child!!!!

Will it be a new you for a new year?

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

It is now 2009 and you may have the curse of not keeping your new year resolutions. If this is the case realize that you are not alone. Remember that in many cases you are responsible for keep your resolution but you should not have to go at it alone. You should have people around you that reflect your aspirations and goals. People that will reinforce them by setting an example, being a person that can assist you along and friends that are not push overs which will allow you to fall back instead of move forward.

I have been...one to have many goals towards a new year. However I have had people around me that did not allow me to carry them out. Although they are not the blame for what you do with your life, they can be a catalyst to a brighter future. The lives that our friends lead tend to rub off on us causing us to evaluate who we are. This can be a negative or a positive, so we are responsible in every way in who we choose to spend time with and how much of it. Victim by osmosis and peer pressure, we all are. When it is a positive we are congratulated, and when it is a negative we are looked down upon.

You and I both know that what we are is due to a long string of influences whether we like them or not. The human animal is one for copying the one the admire. Admiration is a bridge to the next side. So keep in mind that who you allow yourself around will inevitably rub off on your characteristics and incubate itself into the life you lead.

I say all of this to say, if you wish to become a person of influence then go out there get your hands on the books and be around the people that you need to be around in order to be your repertoire.

If it is a professional then begin to find yourself in the circle of life that cultivates this. Whether it be the library or joining your local toastmaster to build your speaking abilities. This places will allow you to build relationships as well as build up your ability to make a strong argument by allow you to learn ways to structure your presentation.

It is 2009 and their is no better time to be an asset to a world that has a bleak outlook on the economy, the life of others, the state of things within our communities, and so on. This is the year that can make 2010 a year that you await with honor, and every year that follows.

So what are you waiting? Are you afraid the change will take you so far out your comfort zone you will not know what to do? If this is part of the reason, then you are on the right track. You must be out of your comfort zone in order to be of any use to yourself and those around you. Being uncomfortable means that you are now in a place to grow, learn, and become that which you must.

Are you waiting to lose weight before hitting the gym? That is a dumb idea in of itself. You must get in there and feel uncomfortable, this will allow you to work that much harder. So grab your ipods load them with your favorite jams and leave out the love song, use music that will force you to focus, a little eye of the tiger and what not.

If you have questions about this let me know.

Happy new year now change your life so that you can Bump Foward into a brighter future.

A look into humanity ::: Responsibility To Bring Peace

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

“It takes a deep commitment to change and an even deeper commitment to grow”.

-Ralph Ellison

Coming to terms with the person inside is the first step to peace and responsibility in all of man kind. We must take responsibility for our selves and must respect our image as men and women. Not for what we look like on the outside but for what we are on the inside, that eternal truth is our humanity, and it is something that we share. We all require the air provided by God.

Misguided religion has been the scourge upon man for far too long. No matter our beliefs, in our journeys to truth, we should not impose on another persons right to breath and believe. The thoughts of God are to create a balance and to bring light to a world that has been dark for far too long. To fight in the name of religion is to smack God in the face with lies and self interest. This is an injustice to the value of the written word and what it entails. As human beings who pray, we should not prey on the weak, the different, or the misunderstood. As practitioners of truth we should remain true, to the word and the wishes of our God. Peace begets peace, as the same goes for violence!

The journey of life is a long one, no matter how short we deem it to be. Each and every man is placed upon this planet to carry on the truths we all share. To enlighten the grain that feeds each and every man and women that sits at the table, no matter their age, race, or practice, this is a food of righteousness.

War has been a plague on mankind and has taken from us all of that in which we love. Harmony is no longer a place in our hearts world but a place we seek and that is not a positive attribute to pass on to our children who shall walk down the same road we have traveled just to protect themselves against the legacy of misguided ideology that we have created amongst one another.

American poet Nikki Giovanni once stated, “In the name of peace they wage wars. Ain't they got no shame”? When I first read this, something came over me that has caused me to wonder, and then wander amongst man observing our faults and our greatness. It is this lack of stability that cause man to attack another, the fear of being overcome by another that causes man to draw first blood. Once this begins, justification of ones actions become inevitable, although justice and a just heart is out of the equation, the flock that the lies are told to, tend to believe because of tribal similarity whether it be country, religion, race, or another classification that can be identified to breed such injustice in the form of the spoken word, which leads to more lies and perpetuated evils.

Why is it that the Muslim and the Jew, must carry on this hatred for centuries, when war is the one evil that causes more pain and suffering to both parties? Why is it that the White and the Black divide exist in the first place in a country that is so great? Well I have learned that the stronger the engine the more the exhaust stinks. The diet of hatred, defecates and leaves an foul stench that resonates throughout the decades and in some cases the centuries. We must stop eating the lies, and begin eating the truth. The energy that it takes to eat the lies is far more exhausting that the energy it takes to eat the truth. “No matter how big a nation is, it is no stronger than its weakest people, and as long as you keep a person down, some part of you has to be down there to hold him down, so it means you cannot soar as you might otherwise.” Those words from Marian Anderson, rings true in all aspects of life not only is it true for nations, it is true for the people.

“I have been true to the principles of nonviolence, developing a stronger and stronger aversion to the ideologies of both the far right and the far left and a deeper sense of rage and sorrow over the suffering they continue to produce all over the world”. These are not my words but they are my feelings towards the matter and Joan Baez could not have been more right. Although we must keep in mind that the rage can not manifest actions of violence but actions of peace. We must put rage in its rightful place. If we are too feel rage we must utilize our feelings in a more positive way. A way that takes our social findings and manifest something greater in the realm of peace. The human heart has the strength to make war, and fight war, but it is how we fight the war that has come upon us, that determines the peace in its aftermath. The lack of peace after war is the sure sign that the war has done nothing but to shift power, and this is the essence of the evil that war is. If we are to change the essence of war, we must first change our methods of war, and in turn do away with it once and for all.

The irony in life is that we are taught history to never repeat this history. However it seems that we are not enlightened by this history but more so empowered by it to repeat and to perpetuate the same crimes against humanity or to live as its victims depending on the historical point of view. I say this to point out a ugly truth, man wants to retain history for his own purpose. It is to remind the new generation their birth right, I have yet to see the majority use history for change, it is the minority that has been fighting this tireless war against humanity. This minority can be a race, a tribe, or some pseudo form or power structure in a classes society and so on.

For example you teach a kid in school that his race is powerful through subliminal messages then his mind stated is to grow into manhood thinking his privilege is the nation and his birth right is its throne. Whether he becomes racist or not, he is misguided and therefore more likely to commit race crimes without effort or thought. This is the worst form of racism known to mind, I call it blind racism, its shooting without aim, and that is as deadly as a gangland drive by shooting, it takes out anyone in the way, whether man, women, child, or elder. This example rings true for religion as it does for sexism, and as mush as it does for the classification of a people. Entitlement is the root to evils that has burned mankind. The soul of the torturer is deemed bright when the tortured is deemed dark. There is no sense in that when man has no place to judge the next man.

Is a blond better than a brunette? Is a Jew better than a Muslim a Christian greater than a Buddhist? Tall better than short? Black better than White? Rich or poor? I think not, for the being is the value and not the belief or appearance. Because ones knowledge is greater on a particular matter does this make you greater than that person who's knowledge of the same subject is lesser? I think not, and believe not, but do you? Are you willing to teach your ways if the interest is there or would you rather feel superior? If history teaches us anything the top is lonely for a reason. Do not isolate your ideas for power, share in your ideas, and if those ideas are not positive then you do away with them and find individuals that can breed positive light into you mind and heart. We do learn from history but history should be a tool to strengthen everyone not just some.

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn”, now Alvin Toffler, identified this problem we must see to it that we eliminate it from remaining so. What are we going to do in order to make sure that those who think they know are shown the right path to truth, and what are we going to do to burn the lies, even from history?

No foundation built on a lack of fundamental interest in all parties within its structure can remain strong.

Humans tend to stay on a line so that it is easy for them to choose a side. Now I know that this seem to be a strong statement but I have come to learn that man is more likely to choose a winning team even if it bites at the core of ethical values from within. In some cases remaining without action to ones ethical opinions has been a great crime to humanity. A moral compass swings in the center depending on your position it may swing further to one side than the other. But if you are center with your actions and is is against your so called conviction, then you are on the side of the system in place to keep you down or those who you care to lifted up. Talking about a matter in your home does nothing but make you look good to your friends but it does not change the world around you. Bishop Tutu stated, “ If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality”.

It is written; “ If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men”, Romans 12:18.

Now Bump Forward, and go out into the world and do for other as you wish for them to do unto you. Give your hearts to men and women, to child, to elder, to friend, and to foe. For it must be so in order to destroy the cycle of pain. This is not about eternity but about peace on earth, eternal homes are built on the foundation of our earthly actions. If you build your reputations and lives on earth by destroying and conquering others, then that is what becomes of your eternal soul. Destruction is now in your heart and your heart is the book that your soul reads.

If eternity is of no interest to you, then take heed to this. Earth is the home of your child, your brothers child, your sisters child, do you want to leave your house dirty when you are on vacation? Do you want to be remembered as the one who left the house dirty? Who cared very little for others safety, and well being? Those around you are affected every day by you, and those you breed lies to.

So no matter your religion, your race, your goals, you class, neighborhood, city, states, high country or low country, nation, ethnicity, skin tone, creed, ideas, and/or education, you must begin or continue to treat others with respect and live your life with true dignity, but a dignity that thinks itself higher than that of another.

As we approach 2009, we welcome a new change in our world. We have a president that can represent the people(all people) and has done so thus far. We must support him as if he is the catalyst but not the solution, but as a conduit to the solution, as someone who can take our positive ideas and create a new world for everyone to live in. His mind and his body is Americas and within this nation we know that means he belongs to the well being of the world, with this nations power, a legacy can shift, and should shift for the betterment of all man kind. The eyes of the world is upon us, whether you are black or white, dark or light, standing up to hate with peace and perseverance will grant the future the power to thwart the evil that has plagued humanity for far too long.

Malcolm X said, “ You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has freedom”. This is true for all, and on the grand scale we must thrive towards a world that breeds peace no matter the dangers we face. This generation has chance to rewrite the patterns of our history and bring to the globe a change that has been due for centuries, in every corner, within every home, every cave and every place of worship and learning. We must unify our ideas and our goals as one people, one blood, with one life, that can change the ones to follow for the better of the planet and the unification of a planet.

Pride is death to all who believe in it, and too all, who fear those who carry it as a brandished weapon for a position of power. No matter the setting we are in, power is a force that can be destructive or constructive, it is something that must be controlled. Oppressed or oppressor must not use power in a negative way, but must utilize its positives and kill off its negatives, in order for mankind to continue existence in true harmony.

I want to leave this with a quote from Rachel Carlson. “ Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is – whether its victim in human or animal – we cannot expect things to be much better in this world... We cannot have peace among men whose hearts delight in killing any living creature. By every act that glorifies or even tolerates such moronic delight in killing we set back progress of humanity”. Now you must realize that inhumanity is that which places precedence over that which it deems lesser than it is. Another human can suffer just as much as a fish caught for pure game and tossed back wounded with no line of defense in its natural order of survival. Until it heals it is forever watching its back for tragedy, and in most cases the pain inflicted never leaves the soul of the creature. This rings true for animals and humans alike.

Now Bump Forward and begin to envision a world where your brother and sister, looks different but is not different in virtue. When this come to be, the world can begin to heal, and as time passes the moments that inflicted trauma will die in the time-line. Then the brother will no longer appear any different than your sister, we are all one blood and we all have one life.

Before we all begin this journey towards a better tomorrow here are some links that will aid you in your journey. The following links will lead you to the information and a clip of the documentary that I watched that spawned these ideas to come to light.

Misconception the life blood of racism

expr:id='"post-" + data:post.id' >

When a African American male reached the age of maturity, he begins to see that which his parents warned him against in his former years. The ugly truth has finally shown its face and all that it is worth. Racism begins to become a part of his life more so that not. He has to tip toe around every subject and interaction and depending on his professional life, this may be more intense to deal with.

I myself have been faced with too many days of misconceived ideas of what it is to be a black man. I have not grown up in the country so for me it is more culture shock and brief moments of wonder. These moments lead me to believe that there is much to face in the coming years that we must abide by new rules if this country is to survive the war its cancer laden thoughts seems to spread amongst the living body of the human race.

As I read the article " Racial Tension In A 'Split Second'." I realized that we must analyze the disease and get to the root core of it in order to destroy race related misunderstandings amongst the known world.

In my own interaction I have become far too cognizant of what I need to say, it is to the point that it is calculated and precognition is the master of every moment in my social life. Therefore I am offering very little genuine thought to a social scene. Now allow me to be clear on this. In my hearts of hearts of hearts, all that wish for in my social interactions is to make new friends and enjoy each moment in time as if it is the only moment. However I live within a city that has very little trust of the African Tan. So when you take the time out to sit down and talk with someone of the white race, you tend to be hesitant because you do not feel that you should be put in a spotlight of skepticism. Which is something that Afro-America faces from the rest of America, and in many cases from it own affluent.

So my question to this is, so what now? What do you do when you are faced everyday with misconceived notions about who you are? What do you do when a white women rushes towards you and her cart, in walmart to grab her purse out of the baby seat in the shopping cart, just to breath a sigh of relief, after she realized you walked past without that negative intent she assumed of you? What do you do when you are faced with this everyday of your life?

African Ameircan are often thought of as having little to say in social settings. However there is more to it than meets the eyes of those suspecting individuals. African Americans have much to say and would like to share their open minds with others. However they are often faced with combating miconcepts of who they are. By the time they prove other wrong they are exhausted and in no mood to share ones worldly ideas and creative thoughts.

Thinking that placed people in boxs hurt in many ways, whether it physical or emotional the pain hurts. The war will go on and at this point it is a cold one that can in any minute reach a boiling point.

So what does humanity as a whole need to do?
